Conventional oil is a standard mineral oil used for lubricating the engine. It will need to be changed about every 3,000 miles or 3 months — whichever comes first.

It also has detergent additives to help keep your engine cleaner. And, although it costs more than conventional, it lasts much longer. In the long run, synthetic oil can even help you save money!
